A Program Supporting Men’s Mental Health

Sometimes people are aware of what therapy is about, while others are unsure.  Essentially, people go to therapy to better understand something in themselves or their lives that feels confusing, over-whelming, or is causing feelings of anxiety, low mood, and/or a lot of stress.  Therapy is a very normal experience many people offer themselves and, much like physical health, is something we sometimes need.  Here are some facts about mental health, and why seeking an experienced, well-trained, and licenced therapist can help you:

  • Mental health struggles exist on a continuum from mild, to moderate, to serious, and all are valid, important and entitled to support.  In other words, you don’t have wait until you’re in crisis to seek support.
